OK, if you are traveling from the West of bodmin then turn left at Innis Downs roundabout, proceed through Lanivit and keep going, straight over at the roundabout (clock tower) which leads you into Dennison Road, turn right opposite West End Motors, then first right.

From A30 East or A38, head into Bodmin (priory Road) to the roundabout (Church Square) take the second exit into Dennison road and turn first left then first right.
